Victoria, B.C. – 11/03/2025 – SYNQ Technology, a leader in connected frontline communication tools, has announced a new integration partnership with TimeWellScheduled, a workforce management and scheduling platform designed to optimize operations for shift-based teams.
The partnership introduces a new integration that connects SYNQ’s Microsoft Teams App with TimeWellScheduled, making it easier for organizations to manage onboarding and offboarding within a unified system. The integration is designed to simplify how businesses connect communication and scheduling tools, reducing manual setup and improving workforce accuracy across platforms.
“Bringing TimeWellScheduled into our ecosystem aligns with SYNQ’s goal of creating seamless, end-to-end experiences for frontline teams,” said Matt Valliant, COO of SYNQ Technology. “By linking scheduling and communication tools through Teams, we’re helping organizations reduce friction, simplify processes, and improve visibility across their workforce.”
Once live, the integration will allow scheduling data from TimeWellScheduled to automatically sync with the SYNQ’s Teams App, ensuring that new hires gain the right access on day one and that departing employees are promptly removed from communication channels.
“This partnership with SYNQ allows TimeWellScheduled to extend our capabilities to one of the most widely used collaboration platforms in the world,” said Mark Kempe, Chief Design Architect of TimeWellScheduled. “Together, we’re simplifying workforce management by making it easier for businesses to keep scheduling and communication in sync.”
The joint integration reflects a growing need for unified systems that bridge communication and operational tools. As organizations continue to adopt hybrid and frontline technologies, integrations like this help minimize fragmentation, giving teams a single point of connection for workforce visibility and daily coordination.
The solution will be available to organizations using Microsoft Teams, offering a secure and efficient way to connect scheduling data and frontline collaboration tools while reducing administrative overhead.
